We are looking to enhance our presence in Hungary and are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the field of contract logistics and freight forwarding.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in contract logistics and freight forwarding.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies.
Stellenanforderungen
Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in Business Development, ideally within the logistics sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented work approach.
- High self-motivation and ability to work in a team, independent way of working
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
