Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking to enhance our presence in Hungary and are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the field of contract logistics and freight forwarding.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in contract logistics and freight forwarding.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Business Development, ideally within the logistics sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented work approach.
• High self-motivation and ability to work in a team, independent way of working
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
