Commercial Logistics Administrator (m/f/d)

For our new location in Olching, we are looking for new colleagues in the area of Commercial Logistics Administration (m/f/d) – Beverage Logistics!

Your responsibilities:

• Independent handling of transport orders

• Creating, processing, and checking shipping and freight documents, delivery notes, and other export-relevant documents

• Coordinating orders with our customers and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements

• Maintaining ongoing statistics

• Continuous optimization and improvement of processes

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training and ideally have experience in the field of logistics

• You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally initial experience with a warehouse management system (e.g., SAP)

• Good written and spoken English skills

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Motivated and independent working style

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
