International Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Transferring and implementing the corporate strategy at our foreign locations in an interface function

• Realisation of the corporate goals at our foreign locations

• Raising awareness of the Andreas Schmid Group abroad

• Support in sales and tender management

• Operational support on site (at least 50% deployment abroad)

• Reporting of key figures to the managing directors

• Close cooperation and coordination with the interfaces from freight forwarding and contract logistics

What you have to offer:

• Successfully completed business studies

• Relevant international experience in freight forwarding and contract logistics

• Several years of management experience

• Strategic and entrepreneurial expertise

• Innovative and conceptual thinking

• Confident handling of MS Office packages

• Class B driving licence

• Willingness to travel

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
